JESROBER, here are some answers to your questions..
1. QOL for F.O.- the quality of life is OK, not the greatest. B1900 best line was 14 days off (sun-wed working days. 8 legs a day. 83:52 blocked; only line over guarantee) for Jan. 08. 2 with 13 days off, 3 with 11 days off, the rest 10days off, there were 12 hard lines the rest were reserve. the 1900 flying has reduced, since we only keep the airplane for the EAS routes MBL, IMT, ESC, IWD. word on the street is that the b1900 will be gone as early as APRIL.(But who knows how true that is. I personally think it will be summer time by the time the 1900 is gone.
schedules are usually 4 on 3 off sometimes better sometimes not. it's all mixed.
2. DO328, if you get on that you will sit reserve for months to come. And if you interview you will get the 328 class, that is the only A/C that the are hiring into now, since the beech will be retired from our fleet.
36 hard line on the jet and another 15 or so reserve lines, for JAN08. plan to sit reserve for 6 months+++ especially when the 1900 retires all the 1900 guys will transition to the jet.
Best line was 18 days 0ff (working fri,sat,sun not bad.) then few with 16, 15, 14 and son on. Min days off is 10. QOL on the jet is good from my understanding.)
3. commuting from MSP should be easy NWA, Midwest, and now Skywest.
4. future in the company? good question even management claims not to know, but is not the greatest especially with the buyout of midwest by TPG Capital and NWA. But only time could tell maybe it will be good/ or not.

I'm a fairly senior FO in the beech, great airplane to fly make you a sharp stick guy/gal. CRAPPY overnights on the beech.
upgrade mins are the standard ATP MINS. 1500 total plus all the other stuff you need for an ATP.
what is your time and where r u coming from (121, CFI?)
there really aren' any mins. at the time they are hiring people with 300+ and very low multi as low as in the teens if not lower.
