I would stick it out at PSA. Your time at a regional will probably be brief in this market with your background.
And yes it does not look good to change jobs in 6 months. The less explaining you have to do in an interview (with a major) the better.
Any job of less than 12 months, or leaving a flying job while you are on probation, does not look great.
AA has been hiring mostly from their WO regionals outside of the flow in 2020. There are only a couple of outside regional hires, but almost 20 from PSA/PDT/Envoy so far in the first 4 classes of the year.
