I want my pay to be equal to or greater than the pay of the guy across the ramp in the Widget/Globe tailed 737.
I think we can all agree that we (and each individual pilot group) should be attempting to set a new high bar each time we ratify a new contract. That's how pattern bargaining should work.
I think we can also all agree, in that spirit, we SWA pilots should be gunning for an industry-leading pensionable B-Fund, industry-leading benefits, industry-leading hotel language, industry-leading "ancillaries", industry-leading work rules, etc.
Does anyone disagree?
