Make the jump, don’t stay at a regional regardless of how good it is now. I’ve flown with guys that made the switch, some where captains at regionals and one was there 22 years. He was very glad to make this jump. You can figure out year one pay issues and you are coming over early enough to have MIA. Throw you app there and see what happens and good luck.
what this guy says is right take it from me. I have been at three regionals and now that im here I wish I had stayed at one and just jumped to a major from there but overall even spending the rest of my career here won’t be bad compared to commuting to commuters hah
