I’ve been happy at Endeavor overall and I have friends who have been happy at Republic. Endeavor has generally good premium pay rules; Republic will pay you for Super Bowl Sunday just because. Upgrade times are probably similar now but Endeavor’s will likely be decreasing soon.

Endeavor still have year plus long reserve times where FOs are only flying 20 hours a month?
