True, but Year 2 is the same at both and captain pay at Republic is way ahead of Envoy. It seems Envoy pilots have a lot more complaints than those at Endeavor, SkyWest, Republic; just my own observation. Plus the whole contract issue at Envoy last year with AA stepping in seems a little iffy.

Comparing hourly rates is pointless when take home is vastly different. 4 days worth 12-18 hours. Contract is bad. I've seen paychecks of republic and skywest peers, they make substantially more with less work. If you go down to 8 days off working OT you can make what republic does with 14+days off

I’ve been happy at Endeavor overall and I have friends who have been happy at Republic. Endeavor has generally good premium pay rules; Republic will pay you for Super Bowl Sunday just because. Upgrade times are probably similar now but Endeavor’s will likely be decreasing soon.
Do you have specific questions?

Year 3 seniority CA pay is what you should be looking at when comparing pay. That is when the money starts rolling since most Regionals upgrade by 2 years now. Makes those small pay differences as an FO irrelevant.

Absolutely. I've also found a very strong correlation between big bonuses and lackluster captain pay rates.

I dont think anyone was ever sitting reserve for over a year, except maybe a few in MSP. There is plenty of flying going around and 9E is quickly becoming understaffed due to attrition and low hiring numbers.

That's false on the reserve part. ATL 900 junior lineholder for March is a Nov. 18 hire, and that's mostly because so many folks are bidding down to reserve. I think the plug in ATL is a Jan. 19 hire. Correct on the understaffed. I've been used nearly every day on RSV and blocked about 55 hours this month with a few pick-ups.

so Endeavor is no longer begging people to take unpaid leave of absences?
