FOR THIS VACANCY NOTICE, for 14 CR2 Captains, the seat lock is released. The notice says that this is (so far) only for this vacancy notice. Also, 12 CR2 FO's will be hired.
I think per that CBA section that is quoted, they are only releasing enough seatlocks to fill the vacancies, IF people that are not seat-locked don't fill the given vacancy? Anyone else want to clarify this? That's the way I read it.
