I have a couple of pilots now that are out on long term disability for Ocular Migraines. The FAA is requiring a full eye eval, Neurological eval just to start. Aimovig is not approved, as far as other migraines or headaches are concerned everything is a special issue unless your headaches are very infrequent (less than once per month, very limited approved medication can be issued by AME). This does not include ocular migraines... These have to be individually approved by the FAA.
