Atlas Management has been telling new hires since 2016 that a new contract is "just around the corner". We can all wait and hope for a contract with modest improvements or be like the guy who saw the BS, went to UPS in 2016 and is now in a June Upgrade class. Giving these management teams the benefit of the doubt only hurts our future, not theirs.
In May of 2015 SA told a new hire class that there would be an "American Airlines like contract at Atlas in one year."
