When the lack of new hires is brought on by the company itself (getting rid of the shiny new jets) they will be asking us to schedule the meeting to re-negotiate the contract. This puts us in a position of actual strength instead of a ****ing match. We are in a good position right now. When the company comes to the table we need to settle for nothing less than very significant gains. Anything short of that we should not hesitate to vote down. Envoy plus one or GTFO
Endeavor +1. No flow here or large RJ’s. That’s worth a significant amount in itself.

The pilots don’t need to do anything to push new hires away. The loss of the 20 new 175’s to Mesa and our remaining new airplanes on property is doing a good job of that on it’s own.
