I think it's probably true that an LCC/ULCC is the better place for *most* guys, but they're not so far apart that the comparison is ridiculous, which is why threads like this are useful rather than just more dick-sizing. Call me crazy BUT I believe guys/gals should be able to make 75k as regional FOs an 150k as regional Capts and the industry should go up from there.
I think we take for granted just how much responsibility we carry even at the regionals. Our guys/gals have tremendous responsibility and should be paid accordingly!!!
