I dare to bump up this post to get your feedback on what's changed since this exchange 3 years ago.
In today's environment, with several of those ACMI lots having new contracts in place is the ULCC still a 'better' option for someone not anchored to any particular place in the country?
Thanks

In the last 3 years I've probably moved up at least 10% in the company, along with getting what I want from bidding and or drop / swap. About 20% pay increase, and about another 5% in 6 months. A possible jetBlue merger in the future, however a lot more can change in 3 more years.

Thanks,
I am looking up some benchmark numbers on the Aerocrewnews website (https://aerocrewnews.com/acn-grid/) and it they are up-to-date and accurate it seems all the ULCC and Kalitta offer the best overall package for the first 1-2 years at least.
Anyone can confirm these parameters are credible?
Thanks
