Not really. I want the company to grow and be successful. That hasn’t changed. However I can sincerely say the ball is now firmly in our court. It simply wasn’t before. Letter 2 was a lob shot that the company spiked down our throats and crying like a bunch of babies wasn’t going to fix that, no matter how we got there. Now it’s truly our turn. We have an opportunity coming up that we cannot take lightly. It doesn’t come along that often. We are about to truly be in a position to force the company to pay up or become the next TSA. And if we play our cards correctly the company will have the real opportunity to attract new hires, grow and be successful. I don’t think we can underestimate the company’s stupidity in this. We must not budge on getting the best contract in the industry period. It is our only path to success as a pilot group and as a company. It’s going to be like punishing your child. They may fight you tooth and nail and push back with tenacity, but in the end you have to be the responsible adult and do the right thing for everyone.
