The only "negotiating style" I'm aware of is the one where the union makes a proposal backed up by facts and figures that say it's comparable to or less costly than ATI's contract, and the company counters by pointing back to their proposal from three years ago demanding further concessions on work rules and benefits, closing with, "Take it or leave it."
