I get what you're saying.... I know skywest is a fine place to work. But I'm talking actual numbers. The other regionals have progressed at the same rate. Getting the base you want out of training is different than getting a line at the base you want after upgrading. Don't take my word for it though. Look at the date of hire for the most junior captain at each base at skywest. Then look at the date of hire for the most junior captain at each base for say Mesa or Compass or even Envoy.
Skywest may be a nice place to work but I'm looking for anyone trying to get hired at a major there much faster paths to 1k TPIC.... And each month that goes by without getting to your major of choice could make a HUGE difference in your career.
