We have the option to opt of out China flying. But if we are having Rdays dropped that don't even conflict with a china trip, then the company is punishing anyone opting not to fly to china. If I'm going to lose 4 days of pay, I'd like to know what trip I would have been assigned and then removed from. The company needs to be transparent on what they are doing. If the company is just looking for people who are on reserve but opt of of China flying and then dropping Rdays that don't involve a china trip, then the company is in violation of the contract and OIM.
