So, I do gotta ask, eventhough i was guessing in my statements because it looks very similar to the way AA has theirs setup, you weren't guessing, you already know the future. How do you know the future when management doesn't know what is happening in 1 month from now? You said "either way they aren't going to XJT" I do think thats impressive that you know what the future holds when nobody knows what is happening in 1 month from now, did you tell management what you want done and they listen to you? Because I can't get that done... i may need some training in your expertise knowledge in how you train management to do what you think...
