A few weeks ago, or AP was INOP, and we flew all day like that in MOD Turb/Icing all day long. And I learned something important --- what tail icing feels like on an ILS to mins. Also, CRM is VERY important in this situation. Juice is right. I have been averaging about 3-4 hrs of IMC/day. Which kind of stinks, because I like to look out the window...
