I don't know any of you over at Compass, but I'm very sorry it's come to this. While I believe all companies have their bad eggs, I'd like to apologize on behalf of our bad eggs. I'm fairly certain I flew with one not long ago, and they're not hard to spot within the first 5 minutes of meeting them. Again, so sorry for what's happening to you all.
