XO also has a policy that pilots who leave the company may return to XO, at the discretion of XO, within 90 days of their date of resignation and retain their seniority.
The company has accepted pilots back to XO in the past but these are unusual times so there is no mandatory, guarantee this would apply in these times but for some new hires at UAL, DAL, AA ( I don’t know if we have any recent exXO new hires at any of these mainlines but this could also alter new hiring.
Praying for a return to normal but I think it will be another 4-6 weeks before the picture becomes more clear.
