Just for the record....I don't believe in 'up or out' programs. I prefer to work for an airline that has enough going for it so there aren't even published (flight/experience) mins for upgrading (i.e. regional). Unfortunately life isn't always that way and IMO many carriers, other than majors, will need to address this issue to avoid the previous Omni trap.
enjoy your job search. I hope that you find your forever home with an airline that has your “work life balance” and “triggers” in mind. The minimums shouldn’t be published. They should be arbitrary and based on non tangible criteria like “empathy, thought and prayers, multi-culturalism and gender neutral pronoun use” and not on facts and numbers. These horrible regulators and insurance companies obviously favor older, gender binary and intolerant, unwoke individuals. Aviation and ACMI really need a lesson in tolerance.
