My guess would be just a guess, so I'm not throwing that out here.
Contractual options are reserve, reduced availability lines, TOWOP, and furloughs. LOAs could always change those options.
April pairings are already going to be awarded based on flying we won't do, so lots of time available and/or reflows for lineholders.
