most part 141 schools (atp, ari ben type places) offer some kind of financial aid through they're own recommended banks, like sallie mae probably... i had/have the problem of doing all my flying in my club plane and with a freelance CFI, so I just took out a personal loan with a crazy high interest rate... i wouldn't suggest going that route if you can help it... but check out sallie mae and their training loans.


and as everyone usually says, if you can avoid taking out loans, do it. or take out the absolute lowest amount that is practical.
