Company has shown their hand. With the lines obliterated in May except for DFW 175 they need to dump pilots FAST, and people now know the market rate for regional scum to sit at home is 50 hours/mo with bennies, including the badge. If we take less, we are in fact undercutting our fellow pilots - just like we so often accuse (and joke) that PSA does.

If Envoy was any other company, they’d amend the LOA to match or beat the market, slip that OT buster thing they want in and move on. But they have to twist the knife. My prediction is they throw us all on reserve and aggressively enforce positioning on commuters, to make sure we aren’t sitting at home. At least hotels are cheap.

On another note, I’ve heard the militancy about the badges/JS etc. actually comes from our security committee. Not from company. Can anyone substantiate that?
