Not at all!!! Just wondering who will pick up the open trips from the people who only fly 1/4-1/2 of their lines? I like the ability to fly low one month and more the next. Guess I don't have the big picture, but before anyone reduces our BLG or Caps us, I would like to see, in print, figures showing WHY this is being done. I have lots of friends within the bottom 20 of the company senority, so NO I don't want to see people picking up M/U if we have guys on the street.
