Did ALPA National impose the TA upon the ALK group? Not sure how that could work since ALPA is actually just an association, and not truly a union.
It’s just a figurative interpretation of events. We were offered meager pay improvements for the abolishment of the A plan and other concessions, shortly after we got sniped. Management thought they could broker a better relationship by trying to take even more advantage of us. Sadly a few short years later we gave up the A plan for? Oh that’s right nothing!
