Ask those two if they plan on flying premium/vsa during the entire time we have pilots on furlough like they did from 2009 until 2012 or if because of their good fortune and high net worth they might consider taking unpaid leave this time around....Last time about 80 of us did and it saved a few downgrades and furloughs......never mind, I know the answer.

Our current MEC chairman, last time worked tirelessly for the furloughs, I sincerely hope that comes back to him too, it was heartening too see. That should give the bottom 400 courage.
Asking me on an anonymous board what I will or will not do in the future is pointless. I assure you though, I am ready this time to help, and I will do my part. The one thing I will not do is vote for a pay cut... I am all out of those.
We have international pay, except for Canada 🤨... not enough though. When we furlough, premium is gone, that’s in the contract. I really am done now.

What you and 80 others did 11 years ago was selfless, admirable, and inspiring. Hopefully, one day that will be paid back to you fully on the road of life.
