Found your photo. It’s from a CNN article that mentions several times that the trailers are part of an emergency response plan that’s been initiated by the city and that they are being placed in an effort to be prepared, not because hospitals are overrun with corpses. These are in a row outside of Bellevue Hospital...because Bellevue is adjacent to the Medical Examiner’s building.

“Davis noted the refrigerated trucks are not specifically for coronavirus cases. They're intended to help alleviate the morgue space at hospitals if needed. The trailers will be used if the hospital morgues reach capacity.”
