To the OP, find a competent plaintiff’s employment lawyer with whom to consult. Try the State Bar or local (county) bar organization, most lawyers will at least meet and consult briefly without charge. AOPA also has panel counsel if you have Pilot Protection on your membership. ALPA should be able to help too.

To others trying to help, know that giving legal advice as a non-lawyer is a misdemeanor in many states.
