Better than UAL? Sure. Global reserve and airport standby is a non-starter.
Better than AA? Maybe, maybe not. Bet DAL pilots would love AA’s Sick-if-needed provision and lack of a defined call-out time for short call... just like AA pilots would love some of DAL’s reserve rules.
