That generation had more values and a sense of duty in the community than today’s. Unfortunately nowadays a lot of losers out there that don’t give a damn about anything or anyone.
I actually think it's right about the same, just the ugliness of the narcissism and pettiness is broadcast far more easily these days via the socials.
