They initiated the transfer of points at 3:31am. Changed my email address to someone else's. Then once the points went through they changed the email address back to the correct one. I got up around 6am and saw it. Then by the time I was able to call Hilton customer service they had gone back and changed the email back to my correct email.
That’s crazy! Curious to hear how Hilton handles it
