Hilton Points Fraud

Has anyone tried linking their Hilton account to their amazon account lately? I keep getting an error message and apparently amazon customer service is non-existent right now.

Right? It gets even more bizarre. They changed my email address and phone number to make the trade then changed it back to the correct address once the transfer went through. They initiated the transfer of points at 3:31am. Changed my email address to someone else's. Then once the points went through they changed the email address back to the correct one. I got up around 6am and saw it. Then by the time I was able to call Hilton customer service they had gone back and changed the email back to my correct email.

That’s crazy! Curious to hear how Hilton handles it

I guess I need to pay better attention to my account. Just checked it and still have enough points for one night at the Hampton Inn.
