The parking 35 76-seaters because of the flow back issue is one thing, but what about if/when mainline only brings back 80% of its fleet? Aren’t there scope implications there too? Smaller mainline fleet=smaller RJ fleet mandated by scope?

I am not that well versed in DL scope, but I thought that’s how it worked.
