Just to make sure I understand completely. Higher Power Aviaition trains to circle at flap 25? Anywhere that you know where I would be able to get a copy of their training manual online?
As far as the catagory goes isn't that based on the aircraft speed during the circling procedure or is that set by the manufacturer.
A - 90knots
B - 91-121
C - 121-145
D - 145 and above.
Thats from memory they may be off.
So what would make sense to me is that if at Flap 25 you could circle at a speed of 140 then you could use catagoy "c" minimums.
