Yes they have mentioned managements normal not talking to us until they want something we almost always agree to, but not that an outside firm has been hired as an inbetween. Pretty sad to hear about it first on here.
they never really stopped using F&H solutions. It’s not like they rehired them, they’ve pretty much had Glass doing AA/AE the past 7 years. He just becomes the point man when it’s screw over the employees in a big way time.
F&H Solutions is a labor relations & management company..... which is a polite way of saying union busters. That’s what Glass does, union busting.
