good lawyers run their own practice or work for Fortune 500 companies
okay lawyers work for Government or assist at smaller firms
last on the list when you can’t do any of the above..... become a labor lawyer.
Wayne has great institutional knowledge. He’s cruising on autopilot for retirement.
That said, he doesn’t do the negotiations.... just the language work of whatever deals they make. He’s a nice guy and I like him, and as labor lawyers go, he’s one of the better ones.
