Reserve coverage on the day I wanted to pick up was -7, the day that I was swapping out of was +21. It was denied by PG. all things were equal with the exception of the start and finish with me taking a trip that ended up with someone getting junior manned into it.
It really has to be the worst system out of all the pt.121 airlines...I don’t know how anyone else could have it worse. I have no idea how that wasn’t addressed in the latest contract. The fact that people have to wait for a shift change to maybe get some better luck, is not how it should work.
