What prevents someone in the higher risk group, or even lower risk group, from demanding to be tested every week, week in and week out?
How do you get their mind to wrap around not needing to be tested every week, unless there is something that changes; exposure or symptoms? Or even worse, demanding it because of human emotions or political reasons? You know there will be some.
