Why not just get your cfi? When does going to one regional to get time become ok? It's not like your flying the plane by yourself, you have 30 to 90 people behind you. I mean why put yourself through 2 training events to get were you want. Go out, get your your cfi, you'll be a much better pilot for it, plus you'll go were you want. There are 2 day CFI course out there for cying out loud.
