Get your 1000 TT for Skywest or do grand canyon tours or get 600 and go for Xjet. The best advice however is to pick the regional you really want to work for and get the hours they require. You can be a CFI, you don't even have to be an MEI since your multi is ok. If you don't want to teach, do traffic watch etc...
