Im not sure what this cell phone mentality is from. You wanna text do it before or after youre flying. I get it everyone bends the rules but if texting while the other guy is taxiing is your norm you should get some time off without pay to think about it.

Theres a groove where 95% of us slide into with a little deviation left or right. If youre on the phone that much youre pretty far outside the norm and youre gonna get slam dunked by reality. if youre lucky its time off without pay. Delta they fired the FOs, some still on probation. It was blatant abuse of the cell phone but it got rampant over here for a very short period of time.
