A contract does not have to be in writing to be enforceable or provable. An offer can be made in the form of an advertisement, come work for Gojet and Gojet will give you this bonus X, with acceptance of the offer being effectuated by going to work for Gojet.
If Gojet survives and still refuses to pay the bonus then you have a court action, if Gojet goes bankrupt then you need to submit a claim to the bankruptcy court and part of the claim may have a priority status. PM me if anyone wants help as I can direct you to people who can help.
”If GoJet survives” is the big question. I think many will be happy to just have a job, even without a bonus, when this all gets settled. The bigger concern is probably shutting the doors just like the other two TSH airlines did.
