top 500 might not want to leave but of the people I flew with there, lots of those that have been at OO 5-15 years still would like to move on. it just might take a hiring incentive from Delta similar to E-DGI when this all blows over to get most of them to agree.
The E-DGI in exchange for a flow down is a terrible, unfair deal. Flow up for a flow down is the only fair trade. Even the AA wholly owns do not have a flow down.
