The difference is that if the furlough is deep enough to furlough “VP of flight ops RG”, then every 76 seat jet must be turned into a 70 seat jet to remain scope compliant (so long as DALPA can enforce that provision). So it doesn’t matter if it’s a 175SC or a 175, if RG is furloughed they both should be reduced to 70 seat aircraft.
As too which 76 seat aircraft need to be parked because of the flow down language; DALPA will try and attach it to the “heavy” 175s, but the language points to the number of “76 seat jets”.
