So we know #1 in the company is getting displaced from his 777 A. He will literally be the last person to train in a displacement. So, if he is >63 what are the chances he will ever go to training before retirement?
Posted this elsewhere, but I think that is the "early retirement" some have been looking for on a bid this large. There has to be a few "training bypass" people who can hold A350, of secondary displacements into another manufacturer's equipment (long school). As soon as their category closes they have no obligation to the company. "It has been nice flying with you. Enjoy retirement"
