Hmm. Think this will actually happen? I see a worst-case of them displacing as many as possible to UNA and making it effective June 1. It’s a real possibility but I hope not.
I believe the contract says you need to be given 30 days notice before a mandatory displacement. So, I don't believe you can be shoved to UNA before the July bid period.
Can anyone else clarify if i am thinking correctly?
