I'm in the maybe furlough fodder maybe not seniority range but I'm looking into the bright yonder when I might get recalled.

1) If recalled to the junior base and junior plane (NYC 220?) do I have reinstatement rights to my former category and base without seat lock as soon as my seniority can hold it?
2) Once this thing turns around it sure would be nice to know that AEs would occur more frequently than once per year. When furloughed pilots were recalled in the past how often were AE's published and what do you think we can expect this time around?
