As I said previously passengers will complain no matter what they get. I have had passengers tell me that time of departure and price dictates which airline they choose. Very rarely is it type of aircraft.

If a passenger wants to fly La Guardia to Buffalo at midday they aren't going to leave 3 hours earlier or later to get a seat on a 175 as opposed to a midday Crj200. Unless of course you appeal to their pocket.

Lastly, if someone placed a big enough order with Embraer, production of the 145 would start again tomorrow.
