Actually fun fact, Piedmont is larger than PSA if you count all Piedmont employees and not just those in the flight department. Remember, Piedmont is predominately a ground handling company. If you're looking at this as a strict cut to planes and routes, well than PSA and Envoy have a lot more to lose then PDT does. Sure PDT does not have as many planes or routes, but that really is PDTs benefit right now. Just my 2 cents and something to think about.
Envoy has over 19,000 employees. The ground handling side is massive just like it is a PDT. PSA is strictly an airline. In the end, we are all just a cell on an excel sheet that can easily be moved.
